This User Agreement along with Terms of Service (“User Agreement“) forms the terms and conditions for the use of services and products of BGA Hospitality LLP (“UniTrip“).
Any person (“Guest/ User/ User“) who inquiries about or purchases any products or services of UniTrip (i.e., where country/region selected is India) through our websites, mobile applications, sales persons, offices, call centres, branch offices, franchisees, agents etc. (all the aforesaid platforms collectively referred to as “Sales Channels“) agree to be governed by this User Agreement. The websites and the mobile applications of UniTrip are collectively referred to as ‘Website‘.
Both User and UniTrip are individually referred to as ‘Party‘ and collectively referred to as ‘Parties‘ to the User Agreement.
“Terms of Service” available on UniTrip’s Website details out terms & conditions applicable on various services or products facilitated by UniTrip. The Guest/ User should refer to the relevant Terms & Conditions of Use applicable for the given product or service as booked by the User. Such Terms & Conditions of Use are binding on the User.
We (UniTrip) make every effort to provide Guest/ User with the best services in a pleasant, friendly and homely atmosphere at all times. We strive for your complete satisfaction to provide a reasonably safe and secure journey to the best of our ability without any misunderstandings between Guest/ User, Unitrip and the Tour Leaders. We believe in forgiveness, gratitude, positive attitude and innovation and at times even go beyond legal formats to ensure that all the issues of Guest/ User/s are resolved in timely and friendly manner. The User Agreement given here-under and on our Website, the Tour Registration Form, any other Printed Material and Brochures, form the basis of our agreement and understanding with Guest/ User. Unitrip is a service facilitator and Guest/ Users are required to follow policies, rules & regulations, laws & orders of Visiting Destination and Countries. Guest/ User are requested to read, understand and sign in acceptance all the User Agreement before Guest/ User registers themselves/ family / friends for our Tour as a ‘Guest/ User’ to use our services.

Unitrip is an organization that coordinates all the services of the Tour to help the Guest/ User/s for undertaking the Tour. Unitrip takes utmost care in selecting all the services and/or Independent Contractors and/ or Tour Leader/Assistant who provide their services, to make our Guest/ User/s comfortable on Tour. Unitrip select various aspects of the Tour such as Hotel, Restaurant, Airline, Coach, Shipping Company etc. and does not have any control over operating of the same. Though Unitrip takes utmost care of our Guest/ User/s, Unitrip shall not be held responsible for any loss, harm, injury, death, damage caused by default, omission or act of employees or management of any such agencies and/ or Independent Contractors and/ or Tour Leader/Assistant. All the Guest/ User/s booking and / or registering for Tour organized / proposed to be organized by Unitrip shall read, understand, abide by, strictly comply and observe all the terms and conditions laid down herein or in any / all other publications by Unitrip. We endeavour to update our Guest/ User/s from time to time by sending the Guest/ User/s various Tour related instructions through SMS / Emails / Telephone/ or by any other mode of communication, solely for convenience of the Guest/ User/s. Guest/ User/s should check emails regularly for updates sent from Unitrip email id and email from booking person as well as check SMS sent by Unitrip on their mobile number registered with Unitrip. Guest/ User/s are advised to visit website www.Unitrip.co.in to keep themselves updated with the User Agreement, as Unitrip reserves right to change the User Agreement at any time without prior intimation.
3) Brochure/World Show Case:
All previous Brochures, letters and any other modes of circulation including Tour tariff printed and/or published by Unitrip shall stand cancelled on publication of Latest Brochure/Website/Mobile App. Every effort is made to ensure accuracy in publication, based on the available information at the time of publication of the Brochure. The maps used therein and/or letters and any other modes of circulation printed and/or published by Unitrip are inserted solely for convenience of Guest/ User/s and are not necessarily to scale and/or official records.
If the time table, Tour conditions and the situations then requires Unitrip to change any Brochure information, without prior intimation and without assigning any reasons, Unitrip reserves the right to change any Brochure information including Tour itinerary, Tour tariff, departure date, number of nights at the destination and hotels before or after any Guest/ User makes booking and / or registration for any Tour and / or after the departure of any Tour. Unitrip shall endeavour to inform the Guest/ User/s of such changes as soon as possible. Last day of the Tour shall be the last destination/country as per pre-decided/revised itinerary.
4) Booking of Tour:
Guest/ User/s signature on the Tour Registration form and/or payment of the initial registration amount or the full payment as the case may be, whichever is earlier shall mean acceptance by the Guest/ User/s in totality of the User Agreement contained herein. Affixing signature of one or more Guest/ User/s, if the group includes large number of Guest/ User/s on the ‘Registration form’, shall be deemed to mean that the Guest/ User/s other than signatories have duly authorized the signing Guest/ User/s and all the Guest/ User/s for whom the Registration was made shall be deemed to have been bound by the User Agreement contained herein. Guest/ User/s are requested to sign such forms, documents or other Tour related papers wherever it is required to sign these papers by the concerned Guest/ User/s only. Identity and address Proof is must for Booking of Tour and Guest/ User/s are required to carry the same on Tour during sightseeing trips. UniTrip reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the access to the Website and the services offered on the same or any portion thereof at any time, without notice, for general maintenance or any other reason whatsoever.
Guest/ User/s can register Tour/services online by paying Registration amount of the Tour through our payment link on available on our Website and/or through the payment link sent by Unitrip. Booking will be processed on the date of payment depending on seats availability. Please be informed that only prevailing discounts on the date on payment will be applicable. Your online booking form and/or online payment for your Tour shall mean that you have accepted Terms & Conditions of booking Tour. Service/Logistic charges for online payment is payable by Guest/ User. Guest/ User/s needs to send a copy of the first two pages and last two pages of passport for booking of World Tour. We have secured our website with protection technologies to ensure that your information will be kept secure and confidential. However Unitrip will not be responsible with respect to online booking due to any reason which is not controllable such as booking engine’s malfunction including software or network errors. Online booking is handled from our office in Mumbai. Any dispute or grievances incurred due to online booking shall have exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai Courts only.
UniTrip will always make its best endeavours to ensure that the content on its Website or other sales channels are free of any virus or such other malwares. However, any data or information downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Website or any other Sales Channel is done entirely at the Guest/ User’s own discretion and risk and they will be solely responsible for any damage to their computer systems or loss of data that may result from the download of such data or information.
UniTrip reserves the right to periodically make improvements or changes in its Website at any time without any prior notice to the Guest/ User. Guest/ User /s are requested to report any content on the Website which is deemed to be unlawful, objectionable, libelous, defamatory, obscene, harassing, invasive to privacy, abusive, fraudulent, against any religious beliefs, spam, or is violative of any applicable law to [email protected]. On receiving such report, UniTrip reserves the right to investigate and/or take such action as the Unitrip may deem appropriate.
Once a Guest/ User has been suspended or terminated, such Guest/ User shall not register or attempt to register with UNITRIP with different credentials, or use the Website in any manner whatsoever until such Guest/ User is reinstated by UNITRIP. UNITRIP may at any time in its sole discretion reinstate suspended guests/ users.
In addition to other remedies and recourse available to UNITRIP under this Terms & Conditions of Use or under applicable law, UNITRIP may limit the Guest/ User’s activity, warn other guest/ user of the Guest/ User’s actions, immediately suspend or terminate the Guest/ User’s registration, or refuse to provide the Guest/ User with access to the Website if:
The Guest/ User shall not write or send any content to UNITRIP which is, or communicate with UNITRIP using language or content which is:
If the Guest/ User violates any of the aforesaid terms, UNITRIP shall be at liberty to take appropriate legal action against the Guest/ User.
The payment of registration amount just indicates Guest/ User/s’ intention of participation in the Tour but does not entitle him to any of the services including travel tickets, visas, hotel accommodations etc. until the full Tour tariff payment has been received by Unitrip.
UNITRIP at its sole discretion reserves the right to not accept any booking, even after the payment, without assigning any reason thereof.
UNITRIP will not provide any service or share confirmed booking details till such time the complete consideration is received from the Guest/ User.
If a Guest/ User breaches this Terms & Conditions of Use, UNITRIP reserves the right to recover any amounts due to be paid by the Guest/ User to UNITRIP, and to take appropriate legal action as it deems necessary.
Special services shall not be given to any specific person in a group Tour. Unitrip, without being held responsible in any way whatsoever, shall make reasonable attempt to accommodate the special needs of disabled travellers/senior citizens if informed in writing with required documentations at the time of Registration subject to availability & with cost attached to it. Most transportation services are not equipped with wheel chair ramps. A qualified companion at the entire cost of the disabled Guest/ User/senior citizen must accompany the Guest/ User who may need such services/assistance.
The Tour shall proceed only if the number of Guest/ User/s who have booked the Tour exceed 20 and the said booking of 20 Guest/ User/s must be received by Unitrip at least 30 calendar days prior to the scheduled start of the Tour. If the number of Guest/ User/s booked for any Tour falls below 20, then Tour may be merged with other Tour and/or Tour may operate without Unitrip Tour Leader on small vehicle or mini coach and on MAP plan (accommodation with breakfast and dinner) and/or with an additional surcharge. However Unitrip may cancel the Tour without assigning any reason and in such an event the Guest/ User/s can claim only the amount paid by him after deducting the Taxes, VISA fees if paid by Unitrip to Visa Processing centre or Consulate and/ or Tour fees and/ or any payment of any nature whatsoever already paid by UniTrip at any place. VISA needs to be applied well in advance along with payment of the VISA fees, to avoid delay in receiving VISA and scope for re-apply if VISA is rejected. In the event of Unitrip deciding to cancel the Tour, cancellation of Tour shall be communicated at the earliest possible days prior to the date of commencement of Tour via any of the following modes (a) SMS (b) Telephone (c) Email; as per the details provided by the Guest/ User/s or by any person for and on behalf of Guest/ User/s in the registration form.
Tours are merged especially when minimum Guest/ User criteria is not met by one of the Tour or both the Tour and / or Tours are departing from different locations. Tours can be merged partially or fully. In rare cases, Speciality Tours may be merged with Family Tours. Unitrip reserves the right to merge the Tours. Seat allocation on coach in merged Tour shall be followed strictly as per Tour booking date. In the event the Guest/ User do not intend to proceed with the merged Tour, he/ she can withdraw from the Tour and can claim only the amount paid by him/ her after deducting the Taxes and/ or Tour fees and/ or any payment of any nature whatsoever already paid by UniTrip at any place
Guest/ User/s hereby acknowledges that all the Guest/ User/s who have booked the Tour is well aware about the itinerary and are Medically fit to undertake the said Tour. Guest/ User hereby agrees and understands that all bookings are subject to certain minimum medical wellbeing criteria specified by the Government / Appropriate Authority from time to time. Guest/ User should have no medical history before the date of scheduled Tour. UniTrip reserves the right to ask the Guest/ User/s to provide written certification of his medical fitness before departure. The persons who are medically fit to undertake the said Tours only shall be allowed to join the said Tour. The persons who are and/or who have suffered from any ailments for which they have taken medical treatment and/or have gone into check up and/or hospitalization shall join the Tour at their own risk and UniTrip shall not be responsible for the same in any manner whatsoever. It is the responsibility of Guest/ User to provide medical certificate on Tour or before joining the Tour, if required by governing authority of the visiting place at your own cost. In case of any health emergency or health related issues while Touring, the Guest/ User/s shall solely be responsible for it and to make their own arrangements on the Tour for medical assistance & other expenses. Guest/ User/s shall not expect the Tour leader to pay full time attention and/or to provide any medical treatment . The Tour Leader has responsibilities for arrangements of Tour related services for the group. Unitrip reserves the right to cancel/restrict/modify/amend the Tour of such Guest/ User/s without assigning any reasons and no refund is applicable in such case. In case of death of Guest/ User/s, all the arrangements and advance payments for transportation of dead Guest/ User/s including procuring the death certificate, postmortem, repatriation of dead Guest/ User/s with all personal effects/property and insurance claims etc. shall be made by the accompanying Guest/ User/s and/or relative of the deceased. UniTrip shall make all endeavor to extend any help but cannot guarantee the same. The entire expenses shall be borne by the accompanying Guest/ User/s or their relatives. Unitrip or any Tour leader shall not be responsible for the same. If any of the relatives want to visit the country where the Guest/ User/s has passed away all the necessary arrangement shall be made by the said relatives only.
Guest/ User hereby agrees and undertakes that any Persons, friends or relatives of the Guest/ User/s, who have not booked the Tour shall not be allowed in hotel rooms, restaurants, coaches and sight seeing places or for any activity on the Tour.
5) Insurance:
Unless explicitly provided by UniTrip in any specific service or deliverable, Guest/ User/s are advised and recommended to acquire adequate Insurance Policy and Overseas Travel Insurance cover to meet expense of hospitalization, accident etc. during the Tour. Insurance, if any provided as a part of the service or product by UniTrip shall be as per the terms and conditions of the third-party Insurance Company. Unitrip facilitates the travel insurance, at the cost of Guest/ User, for Guest/ User/s wherever it is mandatory and Guest/ User needs to pay the insurance charges over and above the Tour tariff. In no case UniTrip shall accept any claims arising. It is obligatory for the Guest/ User/s to make full disclosure of medical condition to Insurance Company that may affect his ability to take up and complete the full Tour. Insurance Company and /or service provider reserves the right to call for any written certification of Guest/ User/s’ medical fitness before departure. Unitrip is insurance facilitator and is not liable/responsible for any reason whatsoever, for settlement of insurance claims and it is a matter solely between the concerned Insurance Company and the Guest/ User/s. The User shall contact the insurance company directly for any claims or disputes. UniTrip shall not be held liable in case of partial acceptance or denial of the claims by the Insurance Company. Guest/ User/s is/are advised not to carry valuables on Tour and keep any valuables in cargo baggage. In case of any unfortunate event while on Tour like hospitalization and/or unfortunate demise, it shall be the sole responsibility of the Guest/ User/s and/or relative of the hospitalized person/deceased to contact and submit the necessary claim to insurance authorities for further processing of the claim.
6) Payments by Guest/ User:
The registration amount paid at the time of booking is not refundable and interest free. Tour Cost in foreign currency need to be paid before processing of VISA. Guest/ User/s shall pay balance payment 45 days prior to departure. The bookings shall be processed by Unitrip once the registration amount or the full payment, as the case may be, is paid in full. In case of billing errors, Unitrip reserves the right to re-invoice. Guest/ User has to pay INR.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) for each instrument in case cheque dishonoured by the bank. Unitrip reserves the right to take necessary legal action in respect of dishonoured cheques as may be advised.
In addition to the booking amount, UniTrip reserves the right to charge certain fees in the nature of convenience fees or service fees. UniTrip further reserves the right to alter any and all fees from time to time. Any such additional fees, including fee towards any modifications thereof, will be displayed to the Guest/ User before confirming the booking and/ or collecting the payment from such Guest/ User and/ or before the start of the Tour.
In cases of short charging of the booking amount, taxes, statutory fee, convenience fee etc., owing to any technical error or other reason, UniTrip shall reserve the right to deduct, charge or claim the balance amount from the Guest/ User and the Guest/ User shall pay such balance amount to UniTrip. In cases where the short charge is claimed prior to the utilization of the booking, UniTrip will be at liberty to cancel such bookings if the amount is not paid before the utilization date.
Any increase in the price charged by UniTrip on account of change in rate of taxes or imposition of new taxes, levies by Government shall have to be borne by the Guest/ User . Such imposition of taxes, levies may be without prior notice and could also be retrospective but will always be as per applicable law.
In the rare circumstance of a booking not getting confirmed for any reason whatsoever, UniTrip will process the refund of the booking amount paid by the Guest/ User and intimate the Guest/ User about the same. UniTrip is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of or to compensate or replace the unconfirmed booking. All subsequent bookings will be treated as new transactions. Any refunds occasioned by cancellations (including Guest/ User initiated cancellations, service provider initiated cancellations or force majeure related cancellations) shall be processed as per the policies of the service provider and subject to receipt of refunds from service provider. Service providers have absolute control over the refund policy, and the service provider is solely responsible for determining the amount of refund to be provided. UniTrip shall make all efforts to process refunds within 24 hours of receipt of refund from the service provider. For refunds relating to transactions more than 6 months old, UniTrip shall make all efforts to process refunds within 96 hours post receipt of refund from service provider and receipt of banking details from customer. Please reach out to the grievance officer if you have reason to believe that a refund has not been processed within these timelines.
The Guest/ User shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of the service, as per the applicable laws.
The Guest/ User agrees and understands that all payments shall only be made to bank accounts of UniTrip. UniTrip or its agents, representatives or employees shall never ask a customer to transfer money to any private account or to an account not held in the name of UniTrip. The Guest/ User agrees that if that Guest/ User transfers any amount against any booking or transaction to any bank account that is not legitimately held by UniTrip or to any personal account of any person, UniTrip shall not be held liable for the same. Guest/ User shall not hold any right to recover from UniTrip any amount which is transferred by the Guest/ User to any third party.
The Guest/ User will not share his personal sensitive information like credit/debit card number, CVV, OTP, card expiry date, user IDs, passwords etc. with any person including the agents, employees or representatives of UniTrip. The Guest/ User shall immediately inform UNITRIP if such details are demanded by any of its agents’ employees or representatives. UniTrip shall not be liable for any loss that the Guest/ User incurs for sharing the aforesaid details.
Refunds, if any, on cancelled bookings will always be processed to the respective account or the banking instrument (credit card, wallet etc.) from which payment was made for that booking.
Booking(s) made by the Guest/ User through UniTrip are subject to the applicable cancellation policy as set out on the booking page or as communicated to the customers in writing.
UniTrip welcomes the loan facilities granted by the Banks/Financial Institution to the eligible Guest/ User/s for any of the Tour if it fulfills the payment conditions of the Tour laid down by Unitrip. Unitrip is however not responsible / liable for grant/ rejection/ refund/ repayment etc. of such loan facilities.
UniTrip has association with several Banks, NBFCs and Fintech Companies for travel loans, EMI facilities, personal loan, credit cards, forex cards and other products. UniTrip facilitates the interaction between the Guest/ User and the respective service providers like various Banks, NBFCs and Fintech Companies .
Any Guest/ User who inquires about or purchases any product through or avails any service of such Banks, NBFCs and Fintech Companies through UniTrip’s platform, is bound by the terms of this Terms & Conditions of Use in addition to the Privacy Policy or any other terms & conditions available on such Banks, NBFCs or Fintech Companies’ platform.
Any Guest/ User who inquires about or purchases any product through or avails any service of such Banks, NBFCs and Fintech Companies through UniTrip’s platform further agrees to share accurate and valid details with UniTrip inter alia information that may be required for the purpose of booking /purchasing a product/service as mandated under the applicable laws :
Tour Tariff:
The Tour estimate is calculated as per the rates prevailing at the time of quoting it which usually includes base fare, applicable government taxes and convenience fee. Total Tour tariff should be paid 45 days before Tour departure or due date mention on invoice whichever is earlier. In the event the Guest / User does not pay the entire amount, UniTrip reserves its right to cancel the booking. Interest @ the rate of 18% p.a. will be charged on delayed payment. Unitrip reserves the right to change the tariff in the event of modification/ alteration/ change/ variation in the said rates before the date of departure. Any such increase in the Tour tariff accordingly, must be paid in full by the Guest/ User/s before Tour departure. Any increase in Tour tariff during the Tour, which will be informed to Guest/ User, as soon as possible, must be paid in full by the Guest/ User/s on Tour. Tours start at the first departure mentioned in Itinerary. All Tour tariffs are exclusive of all taxes applicable from time to time and Guest / User agrees to pay all statutory taxes, surcharges and fees, as applicable on the date of travel. Guest/ User hereby unconditionally accept that the prices, set of services and inclusions may vary as per product, season etc. and the same shall not be considered for any kind of comparison universally. Tour tariff mentioned in our Brochure/website/Mobile App are at the time of publication & subject to change.
Early booking of Tour makes the Guest/ User/s eligible for the benefit or discount as declared by Unitrip which are valid for limited number of seats, limited period, specific Tour dates and varies from Tour to Tour, Region to Region and Country to Country, Guest/ User to Guest/ User and age of the Guest/ User. The agreed amount of discount is subject to timely payments by Guest/ User/s i.e. minimum 45 days prior to the Tour departure date. Accordingly, Unitrip reserves the right to amend, alter, vary or withdraw any of the discounts/benefits without prior intimation to the Guest/ User/s.
UniTrip may, from time to time, launch some promotions and discount offers on the Tour package internally or externally through advertisements and some Users in the group Tour might receive additional benefits due to entitlement to such promotion and discounts. No claims from User/s in the group for such privileges shall lie if they are not entitled for the discounts or eligible under the promotion.
In case of publication of any travel scheme offering any discount or benefit by UniTrip, UniTrip shall have the sole right to withdraw such a scheme or discount at any time.
All discounts and offers mentioned on the Website are applicable only to the Guest/ User /s of UniTrip for legitimate bookings.
In the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets, upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount.
Special concessions/ discounts may be offered to senior citizens, female passengers and children. The amount or extent of concession is not decided by UniTrip.
To be eligible for any discounts/benefits Guest/ User must pay the full registration amount at the time of booking itself. Discounts/benefits are applicable for Guest/ User/s whose age is 2 years and above for World Tours and 5 years and above for Indian Tours.
With a view to provide single window facility to the Guest/ User/s, UniTrip is an authorized Money Changer of Reserve Bank of India to make arrangements for the foreign exchange requirements of the Guest/ User/s. [Note to AD: Please confirm the factual situation.] Documentations (A2 form, Passport copy, PAN copy etc) & payments to avail Foreign Exchange should be as per RBI Regulations. Guest/ Users should pay equivalent INR at the Rate of Exchange prevailing on the day, minimum 45 days prior to the departure of Tour by Demand draft/Net transfer in favour of “Unitrip Tours Private Limited-Forex“. to release the foreign exchange. Service charges shall be applicable for payment through Credit/debit cards and direct deposits of Foreign Currency with the Unitrip as per Unitrip policy.
Please be informed that the RBI mandates collection of PAN details for all transactions made under Liberalized Remittance Scheme (LRS) which include any international booking made on the Website or through Sales Channels. The Guest/ User warrants and confirms that PAN details of the Guest/ User /traveller will be shared by the Guest/ User on or before the cut-off date prescribed by UniTrip either at the time of booking or after the booking is made. In case the traveller is a minor, UniTrip will require PAN details of the parent/guardian of such minor. The Guest/ User further confirms that non-compliance of this requirement may result in cancellation of the booking.
The Guest/ User warrants and confirms that the total amount of foreign exchange purchased or remitted during the current financial year, through all sources in India (including the current transaction) falls within the permissible limit prescribed by the RBI. In case the limit gets breached before the actual remittance request is approved by the AD Bank, UniTrip has an obligation to cancel the booking in compliance with the law and process refund as per cancellation policy applicable to said booking. The Guest/ User further confirms that foreign exchange, if any, purchased by Guest/ User for the purpose of international travel under the current booking will be utilized for the purpose indicated above.
The Guest/ User authorizes UniTrip to retrieve Guest/ User’s/ traveller’s (in case booking on someone’s behalf) PAN details from Guest/ User’s profile, previous bookings or share Guest/ User/traveller’s data with third party(ies) for collecting or verifying PAN details solely for the purposes mentioned in this Terms & Conditions of Use.
The Guest/ User understands UniTrip does not collect Guest/ User’s PAN details without consent. If the Guest/ User wishes to opt of providing the same or wishes to delete it if already provided, the Guest/ User may do so by accessing the profile information through the App/ Website.
The Guest/ User authorizes UniTrip to share Guest/ User/traveller data with third party(ies) for collecting or verifying PAN details of Guest/ User/traveller.
Airlines are solely responsible for booking or overbooking of seats by the Airline, baggage allowance, loss of baggage by the Airline, failure on the part of Airline to accommodate Guest/ User/s despite having confirmed tickets, flight delay, change in date or time, no permission to board on flight by Airlines, suspension of operation of Airline etc. and no claim of whatsoever nature shall be made by the Guest/ User/s against Unitrip. Allotment of seats are in the hands of the airline in group booking. Guest/ User is required to bare additional cost due to delay in flight or cancellation of flight or missed flight as the case may be. UniTrip merely acts as a facilitator to enable the Guest/ User to book a flight ticket. As a facilitator UniTrip has no control or authority over the logistics of the airlines and therefore is not liable for any loss, direct or incidental, that a Guest/ User may incur due to such change or cancellation of a flight. The contract of service for utilization of the flight is always between the Guest/ User and the concerned airline. Guest/ Users are free to book their own tickets & refund will be as per contract between Unitrip and the Airline. Once Air tickets are released as per request of Guest/ User, Unitrip will not be responsible for new booking & Guest/ Users joining the group. Policies and terms and conditions of airlines towards booking, cancellation, luggage, change of the airline ticket, meals etc will be applicable. High season surcharge as per the rules of the Airline concerned has to be paid by the Guest/ User/s. Any increase in airfare, airport taxes, visa charges, fuel surcharges after the registration shall have to be paid by the Guest/ User/s.
Some airlines enter into “code share” agreements with other Airlines. This means that on certain routes, the airline carrier selling or marketing the flight ticker does not fly its own aircraft to that destination. Instead, it contracts or partners with another airline to fly to that destination. The partner airline is listed as “operated by” in the booking flow. If your flight is a code share, it will be disclosed to you in the booking process and prior to payment.
UniTrip will disclose any such code-share arrangements to the Guest/ User, only when the ticketing airline discloses it to UniTrip in the first place.
Tour tariff for Air to Air Tours is based on departure from Mumbai-India, unless specifically mentioned. Guest/ User/s boarding flights at places other than Mumbai have to pay the entire airfare and ensure reaching as per itinerary. Any additional expenses including airport transfers, hotel stay, meals will be responsibility of Guest/ User/s.
Over and above the Tour tariff if Unitrip pays any money for and on behalf of the Guest/ User/s as per the requirement under law, force majeure or otherwise, the same shall be reimbursed by the Guest/ User/s to Unitrip forthwith on demand by Unitrip.
Any payment made directly to Unitrip’s bank account through any electronic mode such as net banking, payment gateway, payment wallet, cheque deposit etc., should be informed within 24 hours with valid documentary proof of payment through physical Copy/email. Payment receipt will issued only after intimation by the Guest/ User to Unitrip.
7) Document:
It shall be the sole responsibility of the Guest/ User to ensure they are in possession of valid travel documents such as Identity Proof, Passport, Visa (including Transit Visa) etc. to undertake the travel. Guest/ User agrees that in case of inability to travel for not carrying valid travel documents, Unitrip shall in no way be held liable.
Guest/ User understands that the information (if any) provided by Unitrip regarding the travel documents, is only advisory in nature and can’t be considered conclusive. The Guest/ User shall ensure checking the requirements of travel with the respective airlines of the respective jurisdictions the Guest/ User may transit through or choose to visit.
Guest/ User understands that the Airlines requires Passenger Names, Nationality, Passport Number, Date of Issue and Date of Expiry, Medical Reports etc. well in advance to obtain necessary security clearances and to undertake the travel. Guest/ User also understands that inability to travel on account of not carrying valid travel documents or refusal to Board shall be solely attributable to the Guest/ User and Unitrip shall in no way be held liable for the same.
Before Departure: Unitrip is not liable to compensate cost of new passport or loss of valid / expired visa or any other losses of an applicant in case of loss of passport from consulate, VFS, embassy or courier agency/service company
On Tour: Loss of passport on Tour involves costs and consequences such as filing FIR, visiting Indian Embassy, getting new passport or landing certificate, expenses on the stay, food, transportation etc. all of which have to be borne and paid by the concerned Guest/ User/s only. Getting the landing certificate or the new passport is the sole responsibility of Guest/ User/s. Tour Leader is not responsible or liable or under obligation, for the loss of passport and consequences thereof. Entire consequential expenses shall be borne by the Guest/ User/s. Any other Guest/ User accompanying the Guest/ User who has lost the passport wishes to terminate the Tour intermittently shall also be responsible to meet the related/consequential expenses etc. No further refund shall be given for the Guest/ User leaving the Tour in between.
The Guest/ User/s interested going abroad must have a valid Visa to visit/travel to that Country/Countries. Visa is the short form of ‘Visitors Intending To Stay Abroad’ and means the valid permission granted by Government of country without which the Guest/ User/s can not visit/travel to that country. Unitrip generally assists in documentation and submission of application for visa by forwarding them to the respective embassies and consulates on the dates as defined by the concerned authority. Guest/ Users are advised to refer to FAQ / Documentation page/timeline for submission on website of VISA Consulate. It is responsibility of Guest/ User/s to check filled VISA form for correctness before submitting to VISA Consulate.
In case of rejection, if Guest/ User wishes to reapply/appeal against rejection of the visa, Unitrip shall do the same strictly pursuant to the instructions of the Guest/ User. The reapplying/appeal shall be a fresh transaction and the Guest/ User will be liable to pay the applicable fee for such reapplying/appeal process alongwith service fee to Unitrip. Unless otherwise applied by the Guest/ User, Unitrip will not initiate reapplication of any visa application.
Further, Unitrip shall not be responsible for any errors in the date of Visa granted or delay in granting visa or scanned photographs by the concerned authority. Guest/ User shall be responsible for the photographs specifications provided by different Consulate. All costs and charges in respect of the said application for the visa except VISA fees shall be borne by the Guest/ User/s only. Guest/ Users must inform Unitrip within a day of receipt of VISA as the Passport will be required for processing VISA of other visiting Countries. Unitrip reserves the right to levy an additional charge over and above the Tour tariff to be paid and borne by Guest/ User/s for delay in procuring visa and producing before Unitrip for any reason whatsoever. Some Embassies and Consulates and/or Visa facilitating Centre requires Guest/ User to appear in person in order to provide bio metric data (fingerprints, digital photography, etc), Interview, to show original documents or clarification at the given time which Guest/ User needs to provide at their own cost.
Consulates require various documents such as Return Air Ticket, Hotel Booking Voucher, etc which Unitrip does by making necessary arrangements differs from Consulate to Consulate. Though Guest/ User/s submit VISA kits well in advance but Unitrip may submit their VISA applications at a later date due to:
Guest/ User is solely responsible for unlawful Immigration and cost related to it Despite submitting all relevant documents and/or attending personal interview, granting of Visa is at the sole discretion of the Embassy or Consulate over which Unitrip has no control. Generally consulate do not give any reason for not granting visa and/or with refusal stamp on passport and Unitrip can not interfere in VISA process.
Unitrip shall not be held liable if the passport is lost in transit or misplaced by the logistics service provider.
Once Unitrip returns passport and documents of a Guest/ User to him/her, it is their responsibility to check that all requisite visas have been obtained and details mentioned therein are correct and matches to their travel itinerary. Guest/ User shall also check his/her personal details mentioned on the visa issued.
In certain cases, the third-party vendor appointed by Unitrip may refuse to submit the Guest/ User’s visa application basis the credentials of a Guest/ User, which may be decided on the basis of the documents submitted by the Guest/ User. This will be done only in cases where the vendor is of the opinion that there exists a substantial risk of the visa being rejected. In such cases, if certain additional documents are required, the same will be informed to the Guest/ User, and the application would be submitted only if the such additional documents are submitted and are found to be in order. However, if the application is not submitted by the vendor, the visa fee shall be refunded but the service fee of Unitrip shall remain nonrefundable.
Unitrip will charge the Guest/ User, a service fee towards the cost of providing the services of submitting the application on the Guest/ User’s behalf to concerned embassy. This service fee is in addition to the visa fees, embassy charges and other similar fees by whatever name called or as prescribed by the respective embassy. Guest/ User shall pay the such service fee to Unitrip at the time of engaging Unitrip to provide the visa related services. Unitrip will not be liable to refund the service fees for any reason what-so-ever, even if the Guest/ User ultimately decides not to submit the visa application, or if the visa application gets rejected.
In addition to the aforesaid service fees, any charges for logistics, i.e. pick up of documents, collection of passports, courier charges etc. or any other cost incurred by Unitrip beyond its regular scope of work shall be separately payable to Unitrip by the Guest/ User.
Embassy fees, taxes, other charges which are not there under the control of Unitrip are subject to changes made by embassies or government authorities without prior notice to Unitrip, and Unitrip cannot be held liable for this. Such fees, taxes and other charges are not refundable after the visa application is submitted to the respective embassy. The aforesaid is as per the guidelines of the respective embassy, and Unitrip has no control over the same.
Guest/ User should check all contents in VISA, sticker VISA, E-VISA etc. especially Name as per Passport, Passport No, validity, photographs, signature of the authorized person etc.
It shall be sole responsibility of the Guest/ User/s to hold required valid travel documents and statutory clearances including Court Permissions, including Passports, Visas, Confirmed Travel Tickets, Travel Insurance Including Medical Treatment, Medical Fitness Certificate on Tour or before departure as per the rules of visiting country any other document used to confirm the services of Tour including an arrangement with independent contractor and other statutory certificates, to enable him/her to undertake Tour. All travel documents are non-transferable and must be issued in the name of the passport/photo identity holder, otherwise the booking may be cancelled. The Guest/ User/s shall ensure timely collection of all such documents enabling them to undertake Tour and be present in time for departure. Guest/ User/s should keep certified true copies and photocopies of all travel documents, statutory clearances including court permissions, passports, visas, confirmed travel tickets, Travel insurance. Guest/ User’s are requested to arrive at the airport 3 to 4 hours prior to departure as per Airline guidelines.
It is mandatory for all Guest/ User/s including child travelling to carry the Original photo identification in the form of Driving License, Election ID Card, Aadhar Card, Passport, OCI Card etc. All Guest/ Users are required to carry Photo Identification as required by the rules & regulations of the Visiting Country. Such rules varies from time to time and Country to Country and available on official Website of the Consulate of respective Countries and Guest/ User/s needs to read it for hassle-free travel.

Unitrip normally do not serve non veg food items during en-route journey for International/Domestic Sector. Unitrip shall endeavor to select the best quality restaurants for en-route lunch halts in terms of food, sanitation facilities, hygiene, service but shall not have direct control over their maintenance. Guest/ User/s shall take note that the Restaurant Manager allots the table for the group that shall depend upon the time slot, group size and infrastructure of the restaurant. Unitrip does not control or operate any hotel, restaurant, kitchen, or any other facility or service mentioned in the Brochure. Unitrip shall not be responsible for any delay, improper service, standard of service provided by any hotel, or for any injury, death, loss or damage which is caused by the act or default of any hotel.
12) Meals:
There is mostly a preset menu for meals depending on the Tour program. Packed meals are served at some places. Unitrip mostly serves Vegetarian food along with few Non – Veg items. Unitrip do not differentiate among the Guest/ User/s by providing a special meal or special diet. In some cases only Veg food will be provided. In case of baby meal, Unitrip generally provides packed milk, plain dal and rice, apart from that if any different diet is required, the said Guest/ User/s shall make their arrangements for the meal at their own costs and consequences. Unitrip reserves the right to change the menu if circumstances necessitate such a change. In the event that the Guest/ User is not able to avail the meals in the menu for any reason, no claim can be made for the unutilized meal against Unitrip. Unitrip do not provide meal at Airport and/or in the Air flight. No Complaints / Claims for refund in respect of the meals shall be entertained and Unitrip reserves the right to change the menu and arrangements of the meals without assigning any reasons thereof
Guest/ User acknowledges that hotels worldwide serve breakfast at different ( local) time or time as specified in the confirmed booking voucher. Guest/ User understands that Hotels do not pack or room deliver breakfast. The meal has to be consumed when served. If the Guest/ User misses breakfast due to any reason, no claim for the same shall be entertained.
Unitrip may, in its sole discretion, entertain the requests for special meals, room allocations subject to such requests being honoured by respective service providers. Unitrip would take all the necessary steps to ensure that these special requests are honoured. However, in the event that such special requests are not honoured, Unitrip would not be liable for any claim in this regard by the User. Guest/ User shall bear the additional charges of any special meal if purchased by him/ her and shall not be entitled to recover the same from Unitrip.
If the Guest/ User fails to avail the meal due to the fault of Unitrip, then Unitrip’s liability is limited to proportionate amount that the Guest/ User had paid Unitrip for the meal while booking the outbound tour.
13) Tour Leaders on Tour:
Tour Leaders/assistants are assisting to the Guest/ User/s throughout the Tour. Tour Leader service starts from first destination of Itinerary. The instructions and information of the Tour leader to amend, alter, vary, reshuffle the Tour itinerary without assigning any reason to Guest/ User/s, are to be followed in the group Tours and Tour leaders is not responsible for any instructions overruled by the Guest/ User/s and its consequences. All communications between Tour Leaders & Guest/ User/s will be in Marathi or Hindi or English.
14) Baggage:
The baggage allowance on given fare is as per the terms decided by the transport service Operator, and Unitrip has no role to play in the same. Some of the fares shown in the booking flow are “hand baggage fares” which do not entitle the Guest/ User for free check in baggage and therefore the Guest/ User will be required to pay separately for check in baggage. The prices for adding check-in baggage to a booking are decided solely by the transport service Operator. The Guest/ User is advised to contact the transport service Operator for detailed costs. Unitrip may facilitate the communication on the requests of the Guest/ User to the transport service Operator, however, fulfilment of those requests are entirely the prerogative of the transport service Operator.
Guest/ User/s are responsible for personal belongings and to carry their own baggage. Guest/ User/s have to check the baggage rules at the airport, during any air travel, in coaches, in any train journey, at immigration points, at siteseeings etc and be responsible for the same. The porter-age or the tips for services rendered to carry Guest/ User/s baggage to the rooms is Guest/ User/s responsibility and have to be paid directly to the service provider. The “porter” or any helper arranged by the Guest/ User/s at any train stations, airports, at immigration points or any other place, is the sole responsibility of the Guest/ User/s and Guest/ User/s shall have to pay tips directly to them.
15) Cancellation Charges:
Guest/ User has booked group Tour where Unitrip is required to book services like hotel, air, transportation etc. in advance because all group need to travel at the same time and stay together in one hotel. Unitrip’s moto is to avoid all inconvenience to Guest/ User & allow them to enjoy their Tour happily. And for blocking the reservations, Unitrip is needed to make the payment in advance and is therefore, requires the Guest/ User to pay non-refundable interest-free booking fee at the time of booking the Tour. In such situation if Tourist does not avail the services, then Unitrip has to bare the cancellation charges. In order to cover the expected losses from the cancellation. there’s a set scale of charges which must be paid by the Guest/ User if you or anyone traveling with you cancels the Tour or cancel any services or arrangements that form part of your booking with us. The cancellation charges are a percentage of total Tour cost which varies with the number of days prior to departure date. Cancellation charges are as follows:

Notes: Guest/ User /s whose visas are not granted by the concerned consulates, must intimate Unitrip immediately about such rejection. Unitrip will deduct applicable cancellation charges in addition to any additional visa expenses incurred and refund balance amount if any. The Cancellation Policy applies to the Tour departing from based location. Cancellation charges vary depending on how many days before the Tour cancellation is made. Please refer to the attached chart for detailed percentages.

Unitrip reserve the right without assigning reason to change the policy related to Complementary items, without prior intimation to Guest/ User. No claims shall be entertained in regards to non utilization of complementary items. It is the responsibility of Guest/ User to claim Complementary items, wherever applicable, through online at shop. All or any information given in these User Agreement is based on the information available at the time of publication. Unitrip reserves the right to change any information before or after booking the Tour due to circumstances/events beyond our control. In case of knowledge of any change, in advance, we or any of our representative shall accordingly notify the Guest/ User/s of any such changes by sms and/or email.
Unitrip Management would be happy to meet the Guest/ User/s for any improvement points. Management considers all its Guest/ User/s as family members and is sure and have confidence that Guest/ User/s shall approach the management for any suggestions/improvements.
21) GUEST/ USER /’S RESPONSIBILITY
Guest/ User/s are advised to check the description of the services and products carefully before making a booking. Guest/ User agrees to be bound by all the conditions as contained in booking confirmation or as laid out herein..
If a Guest/ User intends to make a booking on behalf of another person, it shall be the responsibility of the Guest/ User to inform such person about the terms of this User Agreement, including all rules and restrictions applicable thereto.
The Guest/ User undertakes to abide by all procedures and guidelines, as modified from time to time, in connection with the use of the services available through Unitrip. The User further undertakes to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, orders, directions etc. issued by either the Central Government, State Government, District Authorities or any other statutory body empowered to do so w.r.t use of services or for each transaction.
The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Unitrip may change the features or functionality of the services being provided at any time, in its sole discretion, without any prior notice. Unitrip expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, reasonably fit for all purposes. No advice or information, whether oral or written, which the Guest/ User obtains from Unitrip or through the services opted shall create any warranty not expressly made herein or in the terms and conditions of the services.
Guest/ User also authorizes Unitrip’s representative to contact such user over phone, message and email. This consent shall supersede any preferences set by such User through national customer preference register (NCPR) or any other similar preferences.
I have read the above rules and regulations Serial No 1 to 20 and abide by it and accept the Terms and Conditions with unconditional consent, without modification of the terms, conditions and notices contained herein.
